Patrick and I are thrilled to participate in another year of the Cedar’s CanSupport dragonboat race! We’ve pulled together a team, Janey and the Karelinators, and will be paddling in honour of Patrick’s mom and my dad who are both in the midst of battling lung cancer.

CanSupport provides free, compassionate care to cancer patients and their families at the Cedars Cancer Centre of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC). These are services that are not provided or funded by the provincial or federal governments but which are crucial as patients go through the difficult and often lonely journey of a battle against cancer. 

We hope to honour both Janey and “the Karelinator” with our best efforts!
